In our option red, yellow, and orange taste the best ); 1 lb Ground chicken Breast; 1 cup Riced Cauliflower (previously warmed and set aside); 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded); 15 oz Tomato Sauce (This can be plain or one of your favorite marinara sauces- save some to top your peppers); 1/2 cup Mushroom (Diced); 1/3 cup Onion (finely chopped); 2 cloves Garlic (Finely Minced); 1.5 tbspn Parsley (Chopped); 1 tbsp Olive oil; 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
