Grab your towels and “no quit” mentality. It’s time to work. Power through your programmed workouts, follow your personalized nutrition, and engage and find support in your app communities

JUDGING & REQUIREMENTS
Rinse and Repeat!! If you’re not new to our family you know this is our motto. Although we make sure to make adjustments to planning to encourage continued results, longterm success comes down to remaining consistent. Seemingly “small progress” often translates to sizable changes throughout the course of 10 weeks.
REQUIREMENTS
To maintain integrity, these actions result in forfeiture from prize considerations:
📌 Missed Check-Ins – If a participant misses 2+ consecutive check-ins
📌Dishonesty – If found using altered photos, false weight reporting or stats
📌 Lack of Engagement – If a participant fails to engage at all (e.g., doesn’t check in, participate in any email/call coaching etc).
📌 Violation of Community Rules – If a participant is disrespectful, toxic in support groups.
📌Not Submitting Halway There and Final Photos by deadlines
📌 Follow the Challenge Rules – No dishonesty, edited progress photos, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
